01 / The technology

Your standards.
At every factory

When manufacturing is outsourced, quality information often stays on the factory floor. We connect inspection at the source with the decisions brands need to make.

From surface detail to an inspection record.
01

Inspect the detail

Multiple cameras inside a controlled-light enclosure capture each shoe from above, around the sides and beneath the sole. An integrated load cell records its mass. Images and measurements are checked against your brand’s standards, with evidence linked to the result.

Upper & sole imaging · Mass measurement · Quality grading

02

Give each product a record

Unique QR codes, NFC tags or both can identify each product and its box. Connected labels link the item, packaging and inspection history, with blockchain-backed records supporting authentication throughout the supply chain.

03

Stay in control, in real time

Real-time dashboards bring inspection results and quality metrics directly to your team. Monitor outsourced production, compare factories and investigate deviations while production is happening.

Built around the complete pair

One shoe at a time.
One matched product

Left and right shoes are scanned individually. Their inspection records are then checked against your brand’s matching tolerances and linked to a single pair and box record.

  1. Individual inspectionScan each shoe

Capture upper and sole views and mass, then assign a quality grade such as A, B, C or fail against defined criteria.

  2. Pair verificationCompare left and right

Check that the two shoes match within the permitted tolerances and retain both inspection records.

  3. Product identificationLink the pair to its box

Create the paired-product record and box label, with unique QR / NFC identities connecting the shoes and packaging.

Beyond the inspection

Every product has a story.
Give it a connection

Unique QR and NFC identities on product and box labels connect inspection evidence, product information and the relationship with your customer.

For product transparency

A foundation for Digital Product Passports

Unique identities and connected records provide infrastructure for brands preparing for EU Digital Product Passports, bringing inspection evidence together with brand-supplied product information.

Required data depends on the product category and applicable rules. About EU Digital Product Passports ↗

For the customer relationship

The connection continues after purchase

A QR scan or NFC tap can open authenticity information, care guides, repair services and brand stories. Each unique item becomes the foundation for a direct connection between the brand and its customer.

Your product. Your content. Your customer connection.

02 / Equipment as a Service

We install and maintain.
You stay in control

SwissVeritas brings inspection, product identification and labelling together as a service. We install and maintain the self-contained machine and manage the AI, software and connectivity. Your team can focus on production and quality, without building specialist AI or IT capability.

The service fits your production cash flow, with no large upfront machine purchase. Once installed and configured, the station feeds real-time production data to your brand’s dashboard. You can start seeing what is happening at the factory quickly, wherever your team is based.

Getting started

From installation to insight

01

Agree your standards

Define the inspection criteria, left/right matching tolerances and product or box labels your brand needs.

02

Install and connect

We install and configure the station at the factory, connect your dashboard and help you get production data flowing.

03

Monitor and scale

Review quality in real time. We maintain the equipment as you extend the service to more products and facilities.

A model built around your production

Usage-based pricing

Pay per completed product scanned and labelled. For footwear, two individual shoe scans become one matched pair, with a linked box record and label.

With no upfront machine purchase, your service costs follow production volumes. That makes adoption easier to plan around your brand’s cash flow.
