What we collect and why
The contact form requires your name, email address and message. Company and phone number are optional. The investor-deck form requires your name, email address and company. We record the request type, a reference number and submission time.
We use these details to respond, provide requested presentation access and handle follow-up relevant to your enquiry. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or on taking requested steps before a contract where applicable. A presentation request is not consent to marketing, and neither form adds you to a marketing mailing list.
Our hosting services process technical request information, including network and device information, to deliver and secure the site. The form service uses an hourly hash derived from your network address to limit abuse. We do not use the form information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Storage and service providers
Form entries are stored in the website database. Authorised company accounts can view the private enquiry list. Notifications containing submitted details are sent to Chris at chris@cbsquared.com through the connected Google Gmail account.
The services supporting this process include OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure, and Google email. Our hosting or sign-in provider may separately process account and security information under its own terms. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or embedded third-party media to this website. Images are served from the site, and no external font service is contacted.
These providers operate internationally and processing may take place outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Contact us for information about the processing locations and safeguards relevant to your request. Provider notices: OpenAI, Cloudflare and Google.
How long information is kept
Enquiry records and email copies are retained while needed to manage your enquiry or business relationship, meet applicable legal obligations or address disputes. They are not deleted when you close the browser or clear a cookie. You can request deletion using the contact details above. Retention decisions consider the purpose, the relationship and any legal obligation to keep a record.
Presentation access expires after seven days. Expired server access records and submission-limit entries older than 48 hours are removed during subsequent form processing.

Use to view these details or clear your presentation access. Browser settings can remove all site storage. Essential security or sign-in storage from the hosting service is governed by that provider’s notice. The SwissVeritas application does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If a future optional service relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may raise a concern with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where applicable, your local data-protection authority in the EEA or UK. You can contact us first so that we can address your concern.
